Andrew qualified in 1991 from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and worked in the North-East of England before joining the practice in 1998.
He has a special interest in Implants and has been placing and restoring implants since 2001.
He has trained extensively at the University of Warwick where he was awarded a certificate in Implant Dentistry, and the Eastman Dental Institute where he has attained a diploma in Implant dentistry with distinction in 2011. Andrew is a member of the British Dental Association and the Association of Dental Implantology.

Jo qualified from Bristol University in 1997. She practised in Birmingham and London before returning to her roots in Reading. She joined us in August 2001.

Aman qualified from Kings College London in 2007 with honours. Following graduation, she pursued her special interest and spent two years working in Oral and Maxilofacial Surgery Units in Northwick Park and Wexham Park Hospitals. Here, she gained further experience in complex oral surgery.
Since then she has achieved her membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at The Royal College of Surgeons and completed courses in advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Aman is also a certified Invisalign and Inman Aligner practitioner. Both the Inman and Invisalign are excellent removable appliances to help straighten crowded teeth.
She grew up in Maidenhead and is an ex- Kendrick school girl. She enjoys travelling and skiing whenever she gets the opportunity.

James has worked in the private sector for over 18 years, having been a principal of his own practice in Rickmansworth prior to working for The Barbican Dental Centre at Canary Wharf in London. He has a wealth of dental experience to compliment the services having completed many post graduate courses on aesthetic dentistry.
James enjoys house restoration and is interested in anything motor powered. He has built his own race car and has an obsession with classic cars, having restored and sold them in the past.

Dr Konstantinos Loukas qualified as a dentist in 2000 and then embarked upon a two-year residency at the Dental School of Athens as a clinical instructor supervising students in the prosthetic department. At the same time, he served in the Airforce military hospital of Athens performing general and prosthetic dentistry.
Between 2008 and 2012 he completed a postgraduate training course in Bristol and Bath leading to an MSc in Dental Implantology. His specialist area of research during this study was on implant complications. Between 2017-2018, he completed an implant residency at the University of Bern working with Professor Daniel Buser and Professor Thomas von Arx. He also completed the well known advanced Bern master classes in GBR, Sinus Lift, and Implant complications.
In 2018, he continued his studies to undertake a PhD in Prosthodontics and is currently engaged in postgraduate research for Implant Prosthodontics at the University College London, Eastman Dental Institute. In 2019 he completed the Regenerator program with Professor Urban for complex vertical augmentation procedures.
The last 12 years in the UK, he has placed and restored over 3000 Straumann implants, with a practically perfect integration success rate. His target is to build large bone volumes around his implants and to make sure that implants have lasting durability. He has an extensive experience with complex cases and sees and treats a high volume of implant complications on a regular basis.
He is an official Straumann UK mentor, where he trains and mentors other dentists. He is an ITI registered speaker and a director of the ITI study Club for Bournemouth & Poole. He is principal in two private offices with focus on implant dentistry, and bone regeneration.
BSc Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy (Birm) 2006

Caroline joined the practice in January 2012 and qualified as a dental hygienist and therapist at Birmingham University in 2006. Caroline lives with her husband and three dogs Java, Shadow and Rosie and currently competes with her dogs at flyball and dog agility.
