Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with teeth whitening treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for teeth whitening will be charged at an additional cost. This treatment can be completed in 3-4 weeks, however Alexandra Greystone Dental & Implant Clinic does not guarantee this timeframe and the timeframe may vary.
Appointments for the teeth whitening offer are subject to availability. The teeth whitening discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Alexandra Greystone Dental & Implant Clinic is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Alexandra Greystone Dental & Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that Alexandra Greystone Dental & Implant Clinic is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. Alexandra Greystone Dental & Implant Clinic does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore Alexandra Greystone Dental & Implant Clinic accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Alexandra Greystone Dental & Implant Clinic's negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Alexandra Greystone Dental & Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Revised terms and conditions become effective upon being published on this page.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
